We process the data you give us voluntarily when you contact us: name, email, phone (optional), type of work and message content.

The contact form on this site does not send data to any server of ours: the button opens your email app with the message already written, and we only receive the data when you send it from your email. If you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we process the data you provide in those communications.

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.

• Answering your enquiries and quote requests.
• Managing the pre-contractual and, where applicable, contractual relationship arising from your request.

• Your consent when you contact us (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• Taking pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and then, duly blocked, for the limitation periods of any legal liabilities.

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Providers acting as processors are involved: the web hosting provider of this site and the email provider.

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your data is also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its terms. If you accept third-party content, the interactive map loads OpenStreetMap tiles and your IP address is visible to that service. These providers may carry out international transfers covered by appropriate safeguards (for example standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to alex@3lmetalworks.com / sergio@3lmetalworks.com stating the right you wish to exercise.

If you believe your rights have not been properly handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with your local supervisory authority.

This site is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
